Here are the answers to your respective questions:
- It seems to occur with one specific file.
- The format of the file is xlsx. The size is 23kb.
- I recall the issue starting about two weeks ago and happening intermittently since.
- I am using Excel Spider web Apps when I see this error; however, I do accept Excel installed, and I have used Excel to edit the file from time to time.

I only opened a different file in the Excel Web App, and the issue just happened shortly after opening the file. Then, the event is non specific to one file. In this case, it was open in Safari on OSX, simply as I mentioned, I've besides seen this consequence in IE on Windows.

Does this issue occur if you lot create a new file using Excel web app instead of opening existing file?
Verify if the event occurs with other Role Web apps files, like Word or PowerPoint.
Which security software is installed on the computer?
Is it wired or wireless internet connection?

I'm testing it in a new file. I will permit you know how it turns out.
I have not seen the event in other Web Apps files, only I don't utilize the others as much.
Security software: OSX - none. Win 7: Symantec.
I've seen the issue on both wired and WiFi connections.
Accept you or the dev team ever seen this error? Can they bank check the logs or something?

It would exist helpful if you accept any more details nigh how the file was created. If we can go a copy of the file, that would be terrific.
From the Excel Web App, tin you click File > Help > Give Feedback and leave feedback there about your consequence? From there you tin can include email accost and/or a link to your file. This will assist us investigate farther.

From within Excel Web App, can y'all click File > Assist > Give Feedback and get out feedback explaining the problem? Include something so I know it'south you (like "jbone") and leave an e-mail address if you'd similar.

I haven't been working in the Web Apps much lately due to not wanting to encounter this result. If/when I see the issue again, I will leave the feedback every bit y'all suggested.

I do have exact same problem. I take a support example open up with microsoft simply no assist from them either.
